This has just been announced today!
Digimon Adventure: Blu-ray & DVD BOX2 will be released on March 3, 2021. The set will contain episodes from 13 to 24.
The price for the DVD set will cost 11,200 yen (tax excluded) and the Blu-ray set will cost 15,200 yen (tax excluded).
The set will come in a Three-sided box just like box 1 with newly drawn art for the set along with a booklet and the video will come with a clean ED.
Depending on where you order from you may get a free gift that comes with the set. If you order from Rakuten Books you will get a Memories Scene L Version Bromide 2 Sheets Set and if you order from Animate both box 1 and 2 of either the DVD or the Blu-ray you will get an acrylic stand of Taichi Yagami.
